Ceremony Planning

Each ceremony that I write is a unique ceremony specifically designed for the two of you, so no two ceremonies are identical. I spend a lot of time crafting your ceremony so it’s important that we organise a planning meeting once the deposit is paid and booking form has been returned.

Booking

To secure your date with me and to fulfil my obligation as your Marriage Celebrant, I will need the signed booking form returned and the non-refundable deposit paid before the due date stated above. I arrive at the ceremony 30-15minutes before the ceremony start time. Your booking is for 2 hours from the time you have stated the ceremony will start. If the ceremony takes longer than 2 hours there will be a cost of $15 per every 15minutes that I am required to stay.

In the unlikely event of my unavailability to perform your ceremony on the day due to extenuating circumstances, I will endeavour to secure another celebrant to officiate at no extra cost to you.

The booking form can be returned to: . The remainder of my Marriage Celebrant fee must be paid by the balance due date. This fee includes a rehearsal.

Paperwork

Your marriage will be registered within the set timeframe. I will post a copy of your signed marriage licence (BDM45) along with a keepsake copy of your ceremony script a week or so after your ceremony.

A marriage certificate (a pretty certificate confirming marriage) is different to the marriage licence (BDM45 signed at your wedding). A marriage certificate can be ordered separately and is what you will need for most name changes e.g. drivers licence, bank accounts.

Photos and Feedback

Please feel free to leave feedback about my services on my facebook page and share pictures and videos of your day with me. It is a wonderful reminder of the special moment I was a part of and it helps others to see what I offer. Please be aware that I do take photos of the ceremony venue and surrounding area to post on social media as part of my marketing.
